DELIVERY POLICY
1. If the item is in stock, the order will be send within 5 business days.
2. If you order a Pre-Order item, you’ll find the estimated delivery time in the description of the item in the shop.
3. If your order is received damaged and/or wrong please send a photo of the damaged/wrong item(s) within two weeks of arrival to discodip@exdisco.com. Return will be arranged and the item(s) will be replaced.
4. If you are not happy or satisfied with your product you can claim your right of withdrawal and send it back and purchase amount will be returned, within two weeks after delivery. (Excl. postage costs)
5. Delivery times are an estimate; due to unforeseen circumstances and dependency on third parties, it may take a little longer in some cases. If you have questions about your order, send us an email to discodip@exdisco.com
